New Label Builder, Time Clock Updates, Group Account Updates, Production & Commission Updates, and more!

New Features

Custom Label Builder

To allow for printing of any label size or through any label printer, (i.e. DYMO, Zebra, or Brother) we now have a custom label builder to help you format your prescription, patient, and cage card labels! Within the custom label builder, you are also able to modify what content is included on the label as well as additional settings like font sizes.

Group | Bulk Edit Features

Our group platform features have been expanded to now offer bulk edit capabilities. From the group platform you can update various datasets similar to existing clinic-level bulk edit features. Group account bulk edit capabilities are reliant and restricted to elected group account configurations. Some datasets can only be updated from the clinic-level if not shared across all locations. Access to the group bulk edit features is user role permission based.

Group | Inventory Dashboard

Our group platform features have been expanded to now offer an inventory dashboard. The group inventory dashboard is designed for ease of overview to inventory-related insights across all clinic locations that are using inventory features. Inventory items and related management are still handled at the clinic level. Access to the inventory dashboard is user-role permission-based.

Feature Updates

Billing

Subscription User Permission

A new "Subscription Billing Setting" user permission is now available, allowing users to view and modify subscription billing settings. This permission will automatically be applied to Admin and Practice Owner roles.

Bundles

Duplicating Bundles

Duplicating bundle features have been optimized to allow for modifying the bundle type (static or regular) once copied, as well as allowing for changes to the bundle items before save and creation. When a bundle is copied, a duplicate version is created that is fully editable. The duplicated bundle is not officially created until the copied version is saved now.

Production Tracking

Rx Refill Setting Update

Prescription refill production tracking has been optimized to allow for configuration by product category, vs exclusively at the clinic-level as was previously possible. This means more refined configuration possibilities around tracking production for your team.

Default Production User & Assigned User Update in SOAP

The Assigned User of a SOAP is now recognized as the default production user if no Supervising Doctor is assigned. This means when there is a technician or other visit type where no Supervising Doctor is assigned, but the production from administered treatments should still be recognized under a clinic or technician team, you can accurately assign production without creating an extra Doctor user profile.

Reporting

Invoice Line Items

The Invoice Line Items report has been optimized to include new results filtering options. It is now possible to filter by product description or category before generating the report to generate more relevant results more efficiently. Multiple selections can be made within each new filter.

Vaccine Report

The Vaccine report has been optimized to include patient color as an additional information column that can be filtered.

Time Clock

Read-only Timesheets for Employees

Employees can now view the number of hours they have worked in their profiles.

Hours Worked and Overtime Calculation

The logic to calculate hours and decimal conversions for the Time Clock features has been updated to exclude seconds, a change that will enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our time tracking system.

Note: This change will be applied retroactively to all pay periods and may alter some time stamps. We can provide a CSV export if you need historical data from past timesheets.

Direct Booking

Exclude Registration of New Clients

Our Pet Portal direct booking settings have been expanded to allow for customizing whether or not you allow new clients to register and direct book appointments. If the new setting toggle is disabled, or off, new clients cannot register themselves through the Pet Portal, preventing access to scheduling any direct booked appointments.
