Maintaining a general overview of inventory across your clinic locations from your Group's Multi-Location Platform is designed with ease in mind. The Inventory area is accessible by selecting the 'Inventory' menu option along the left-side navigation menu.
โNote: The inventory dashboard is hidden unless at least one clinic location has inventory features enabled.
This area is designed to allow easy overview visibility and management of high-level inventory insights across all clinic locations. Insights include a combined purchase order list, a combined list of top selling items, and combined inventory calculations at a glance.
The group inventory dashboard is presented similarly as the clinic-level version, however all inventory item and purchase order management is still required to be managed at the clinic-level.
Inventory Status
An additional Inventory Status area is also offered, similar to the clinic level. Because inventory is managed at the clinic level, you cannot click redirect into inventory items, but the inventory status area does offer a single-point to review inventory quantities at different locations without needing to navigate to each location manually.
Results can be downloaded or filtered, using the 'options' button.
Note: The inventory dashboard is user role permission based. Group owners and admins are by default granted permissions.
