Cubex, Snout, and Chckup integrations plus new text-to-pay link and your new personal clinical support assistant directly within a SOAP!

Cubex automates every aspect of inventory management to maximize safety, profitability, and efficiency. Unlike traditional wellness plans, Snout pays your invoices up-front. The integration allows you to select Snout as a payment type, automatically sending invoices to process for clients enrolled in a wellness plan. Click Here to schedule a demo. Chckup equips your practice with a customizable scheduling and analytics platform. The integration enables your practice to send reminders and two-way text, collect reviews, offer clients a pet portal, and make informed decisions to grow your practice with Chckup's proprietary analytics. πŸ†•Text-to-Pay πŸ’Έ

Shepherd Pay clinics can now provide clients with an additional payment option through our new text-to-pay feature. The process is straightforward: choose Shepherd Pay on the take payment screen, allocate funds to the invoice(s), and click "Send Payment Link." Clients will then receive a text link on their mobile phone for a hassle-free online invoice payment experience.

Right now the link will be sent to the primary phone number on the client's account. Keep an eye out for the ability to customize the number from the payment screen.

We've hired AI experts, developers, and veterinary experts to build, train and extensively test our newest exciting feature! You now have access to clinical decision support directly in your SOAPs. We tapped experts in the AI field for our new Assistant so we didn't have to divert existing developers; our core team has been busy plugging away on other new features, updates, integrations and bug fixes. So - go ahead! Open a SOAP and check it out.

⚠️ Duplicate Client Phone Numbers πŸ“ž

We recently released an update that prevented saving duplicate phone numbers in your client profiles to improve functionality in the messaging center. Thank you for your feedback! We heard you loud and clear and adjusted our course. Saving duplicate phone numbers now gives you a soft warning instead of a hard roadblock. Your input is gold, keep it coming!

Estimates βœ…

  • Discount on Estimate Items | You can now add a % or $ discount on any line item within an estimate. Custom line item discounts will override any client or Pet Assure discount once administered and put on the invoice.

Bundles πŸ’°

  • All bundles can now be duplicated from the Bundles tab under Products in your Shepherd admin menu using the duplicate icon in the Actions column. Simply create one or more variations of similar bundles.

  • Static Bundles

    • Choose from available discount settings when creating or editing a static bundle, including Client or Pet Assure discount eligibility or a custom discount.

    • Set the dose on applicable products added to a static bundle

  • Regular Bundles

    • Add a % or $ discount on any line item when creating or editing a bundle. Custom line item discounts will override any client discount or the Pet Assure discount once administered and put on the invoice.

Invoices πŸ”Ž

View, link out, and search by patient name on the invoices table. Multiple patients on one invoice are separated by a comma in the column.

Automatic Rabies Certificate Note πŸ“

Under Clinic Settings in your Shepherd Admin menu, you can now set a default note to be printed on all of your rabies certificates.

Inventory Items Report πŸ“ƒ

We added a new column for Current Quantity on Hand (QOH) on the Inventory Items report, helping you make informed decisions about reorders without having to navigate through the app.

Direct Booking πŸ“…

You can now select a time interval setting for your direct booking calendar separate from that of your appointment schedule from the Pet Portal tab of the Client Communications tab in your Shepherd admin menu.
