Feature Updates

Refund Page Design

The Refund page has been updated to feel more consistent with the Payment page, creating a more familiar and intuitive workflow across refund types.

Patient Service Reminders

Reminder template configuration has been updated to allow multiple trigger products in one template, reducing the need for multiple templates and simplifying setup. No action is required on existing reminder templates. They will convert to the new style and continue to function as normal, but you can combine multiple templates now if desired.

Reminders will now also have a corresponding ID in the admin settings and under each patient’s reminders, so it is easy to audit and understand why and when a reminder was created for a patient.

Inventory Order History

The Item History tab has been renamed to Order History and has been updated to make purchasing, receiving, and cost details easier to review.

Reporting

  • More Flexible Filtering

    • Invoice Summary, Summary, and Sales Tax Reports now include the option to filter by Item Administration Date or Item Creation Date

  • Appointment Report

    • The Appointment Report now includes a Reason for Visit column.

  • Inventory Sales & Usage Report

    • The Inventory Sales & Usage Report now keeps the initial ordered quantity, regardless of whether any items have been received.

  • Production Report

    • The Production Report now has a Production Exclusions tab to quickly reference what items are not included in the main production report. For example, if the option for Refills Count Towards Production is off, then any refills will now be listed in this exclusions section. Any products returned will also be listed in the exclusions section.
