In addition to previous tax assessment logic either by clinic address or client zip code, Shepherd also now supports assigning multiple different tax rates to individual products. This means you are able to define multiple different tax rates, and custom assign them to applicable products.

Our multi-location platform now supports generating and sending statements. Group statements supports the sending of a single statement in instances of a shared client database, or separate statements by location.

Our estimate logic has received an update to now allow for the addition of multiple rows of the same item. This will better support more accurate treatment cost estimation. If an injection needs to be administered multiple times during a visit, the estimate will now better capture the multiple dispensing fees that would normally be incurred.

Our new label builder feature has received an extension to now support copying or duplicating existing default label templates into a customizable version. This reduces the time involved in creating custom labels if you are especially only aiming towards adjusting the text size. You can also duplicate custom labels to create a new version that again starts from a preferred existing label template.
