From your Group's Multi-Location Platform, you can easily review and transmit statements to clients for multiple location balances simultaneously. The Multi-Location statement feature behaves similarly as to the clinic-level feature, however at the Multi-Location Platform level, you are able to generate combined statements for clients who have outstanding balances at multiple locations.
Understanding your Statement Dashboard
The statement area of the Multi-Location platform is accessible by selecting the Statement tab along the left-handed navigation menu.
Within the statement dashboard you can update shown results by using available column filters, or by modifying the clinic selection from the drop-down menu at the top. As a reminder, active invoices are included as outstanding balances. Depending on your clinic preference, you may wish to exclude these from your statement list.
The statement dashboard displays a total outstanding balance based upon the clinic location and filter selection(s). Multiple locations can be selected simultaneously. Leaving the 'Clinic - Remaining Balance' selection blank, will display all results for all locations.
Emailing or Printing Statements
Once you've confirmed the results you wish to generate a statement for, select the appropriate rows either individually, or by using the mass select checkbox in the upper left-hand corner of the table.
Next, you will appreciate that the email or print buttons in the upper right-hand corner of the page are now available for action. Select the appropriate communication action that you wish to use to transmit the statements.
You will be offered the opportunity to include a custom message with your statements, and a reminder that generating statements may take a long moment to fully process. Thank you for your patience!
When a shared database of clients and patients is used, and multiple invoices from different locations are selected for a single client, these will be combined into a single PDF when printed.
If you are not using a shared client and patient database, and multiple invoices are selected for a client, each location's invoice will print as a separate PDF statement.
Print Invoices
You can also print invoices from the statement dashboard by first selecting the appropriate rows, and then selecting the Print Invoices button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
