We Want to Hear About Your Shepherd Experience
Whether you've been with Shepherd for a few weeks or a few years, we want to hear from you!
We're asking Shepherd practices and team members to take a few minutes to share their experience with us. Your feedback helps us understand what's working well, where we can improve, and what matters most to you and your team.
And as a thank-you for sharing your feedback, each completed survey earns one giveaway entry for your practice for the chance to win a gift card and some Shepherd swag to help your team celebrate Vet Tech Week!
What You Need to Know
The survey is open September 29 – October 9, 2026.
Complete the survey during this window to earn one giveaway entry for your practice.
Every team member can participate.
We want to hear from everyone who uses Shepherd, including veterinarians, technicians, CSRs, practice managers, owners, and other members of your team.
Each completed survey = one entry for your practice.
If 10 people from your practice complete the survey, your practice receives 10 entries in the giveaway. Each person may submit one survey response.
Two practices will win.
Winners will be selected at random after the survey closes.

The survey takes just a few minutes and asks about your experience with Shepherd, including:
Your overall experience with Shepherd
Your onboarding and transition
What led you to choose Shepherd and whether it has met your expectations
What you value most today
What you wish you'd known before making the switch
What we could do to make Shepherd even better
We want your honest feedback. Whether there's something you love, something you wish worked differently, or an idea that would make a meaningful difference in your day, we want to hear it.
The Giveaway
Two practices will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Two Winning Practices
Each winning practice will receive:
$500 gift card
Shepherd swag bundle, including cups, keychains, stickers, and tote bags
A winner spotlight on Shepherd's social media
Winning practices will be asked to submit a team photo that we can share on Shepherd's social media to celebrate your team!
Remember, each team member who completes the survey earns another entry for your practice.

Who can participate?
Anyone on your team who uses Shepherd can complete the survey and earn an entry for your practice.

Yes! In fact, we hope they do.
Each team member who completes the survey earns one entry for your practice. For example, if 10 people from your practice participate, your practice receives 10 entries in the giveaway.
Do I have to give positive feedback to earn an entry?
No. We want your honest experience with Shepherd.
Your feedback can be positive, negative, or anywhere in between. What you tell us has no impact on whether your entry counts or your practice's chances of winning.
How are winners selected?
Each eligible survey response counts as one entry for the respondent's practice. After the survey closes, two winning practices will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
When does the giveaway close?
Surveys must be submitted by October 9, 2026, to count toward the giveaway.
When will winners be announced?
Winners will be selected after the submission period closes and contacted using the information provided with their survey responses.
What happens if our practice wins?
We'll contact the winning practices after the giveaway closes to coordinate your prize and Shepherd swag. We'll also ask your team to send us a group photo so we can celebrate your practice on Shepherd's social media!
