Now offered through our merchant processor integration, Shepherd Pay supports assessing a Surcharge Fee of 3% for all credit card payment transactions. Merchant processing Surcharge Fees are only activated by request, and are subsequently automatically applied during payment processing. Surcharge Fees are not applicable to debit card transactions. A new advanced eye chart body map has been made available! If this new body map is not applicable to your practice, you can inactivate the body map through your admin clinic settings.
