What you need
Sound SmartPACS credentials which a member of the Shepherd team provides
Setting up the integration
Open up 'Admin' in Shepherd
Select 'Integrations' from the menu
Choose the Sound SmartPACS integration from the list
From the integration page:
Input unique Sound SmartPACS credentials provided by Shepherd
Select the 'Validate Credentials' button
If your credentials are valid, finish up by selecting the green 'Save' button.
Note: If your credentials aren't valid, try again—or contact Sound SmartPACS.
After you save, you'll be brought back to the Sound SmartPACS integration page. From here, you'll need to activate the "Active" toggle.
