Requesting Credentials
To begin the integration configuration for Sound SmartPACS, you'll first need to request credentials (ID & Secret). You'll do this by selecting the green Request Credentials button within the integration configuration page. To access the integration configuration page please follow: Admin -> Integrations -> Sound SmartPACS
Selecting the Request Credentials button will automatically trigger a connection request email to the Sound SmartPACS support team, as well as define the credentials within the visible associated fields. Once the Sound SmartPACS team has verified and associated the credentials to your Sound SmartPACS account, you will then be able to validate them in Shepherd, using the blue Validate Credentials button.

Enabling the Integration
Once you've requested and validated your credentials successfully, you can then activate the integration using the activation toggle.
