Time Clock Updates
For practices utilizing Shepherd’s Time Clock feature, here are the changes that you will see in this week’s release:
Admin users can now delete a time entry to help fix mistakes or remove invalid entries.
Expected Hours will now calculate overtime hours per week.
For example, if the Expected Hours are 40 and an employee works 41 hours in a given week, our system will calculate 1 hour of overtime.
Expected Hours can now be set at a practice or individual employee level.
Admin users can mark a specific time entry as overtime.
