Activating the Kumba Integration
Step 1 - Fill out this quick form
Visit the Kumba Order Form: https://tally.so/r/3qdeQO
Once the order form is submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Kumba and you will be able to enable the Shepherd and Kumba Integration (on Shepherd).
Step 2 - Configure Integration in Shepherd
Once your order is confirmed via email, go into the Shepherd 'Admin' menu, click 'Integrations,' and select Kumba. Once the Kumba integration page is opened, toggle on the integration. (see image below)
Step 3 - Send credentials to Kumba
Once you enable the toggle in Shepherd, locate and send your clinic ID to Shepherd@Kumba.pet
Your clinic ID is in the 'Admin' menu under 'Clinic Settings'.
When Kumba receives your Clinic ID, they will finalize the integration.
