What you need
Asteris credentials:
Username
Password
Clinic Code - provided to you by Asteris
Setting up the integration
Open up 'Admin' in Shepherd
Select 'Integrations' from the menu
Choose the Asteris integration from the list
From the integration page:
Select the 'Add New' button in the Credentials section
Input your Asteris Username, Password, and Clinic Code
Select the 'Validate Credentials' button
If your credentials are valid, finish up by selecting the green 'Save' button.
Note: If your credentials aren't valid, try again—or contact Asteris.
After you save, you'll be brought back to the Asteris integration page. From here, you'll need to activate the toggle in the left column of the Credentials section.
