Asteris Keystone: Integration Setup

Connect Shepherd with Asteris to streamline imaging workflows by validating and saving your clinic’s Asteris credentials.

An announcement will be made when it is available to all customers.

Purpose

The Asteris integration allows Shepherd to connect directly with Asteris for streamlined access to imaging and diagnostic data. By setting up the integration, clinics can reduce manual entry, improve record accuracy, and ensure seamless access to patient diagnostic information within Shepherd.


What You Need

Before setting up, have your Asteris credentials ready:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Clinic Code (provided by Asteris)


Setting Up the Integration

This integration is currently in beta testing

  1. Navigate to Admin -> Integrations

  2. Click on the Asteris integration card

  3. Enter your Asteris Username, Password, and Clinic Code.

  4. Click Validate Credentials.

    • If valid, select the green Save button.

    • If invalid, re-enter your credentials or contact Asteris Support.

  5. After saving, toggle the Credentials switch to active.
