Cubex: Integration Setup

Here's how to connect the Cubex and Shepherd integration.

Signing up for Cubex

Activating the Cubex Integration

Step 1 - Send Reports to Cubex

  • Download and send the following reports to vetsupport@cubexsystem.com

    • Inventory Items Report

      • Navigate to Reporting > Inventory Items Report > Active Items > Download CSV.

    • User Report

      • Navigate to Admin > Users > the download icon to the left of the blue Add New button.

Step 2 - Configure Integration in Shepherd

  • Within the Shepherd application, navigate to Admin. Select Integrations in the left sidebar. Select the Cubex card.

  • Next, input the credentials that were supplied by the Cubex support team.

    1. Database Name = DbName, Username = DbLogin, Password = DbPassword.

    2. If you have not received these credentials, please search your inbox from interfaces@cubex.biz. If you have not found the email, please send an email and request the credentials from this email address

  • Select Validate Credentials, and then click save. This activates the integration, and you will see an Enabled tag indicating it was successful.
