Activating the Cubex Integration
Step 1 - Send Reports to Cubex
Download and send the following reports to vetsupport@cubexsystem.com
Inventory Items Report
Navigate to Reporting > Inventory Items Report > Active Items > Download CSV.
User Report
Navigate to Admin > Users > the download icon to the left of the blue Add New button.
Step 2 - Configure Integration in Shepherd
Within the Shepherd application, navigate to Admin. Select Integrations in the left sidebar. Select the Cubex card.
Next, input the credentials that were supplied by the Cubex support team.
Database Name = DbName, Username = DbLogin, Password = DbPassword.
If you have not received these credentials, please search your inbox from interfaces@cubex.biz. If you have not found the email, please send an email and request the credentials from this email address
Select Validate Credentials, and then click save. This activates the integration, and you will see an Enabled tag indicating it was successful.
