Purpose
The IDEXX Web PACS integration ensures captured images flow seamlessly into Shepherd, linking them to the correct patient and SOAP. Instead of a strict step-by-step process, think of setup as a series of flexible checkpoints - you may switch between Shepherd, IDEXX Web PACS, and your capture station as you go.

FAQs
Does IDEXX PACS integrate with Midmark Progeny?
Yes, as long as Midmark Progeny is running version 1.2 or higher. If you’re on an older version, Midmark offers free upgrades.
