Antech: Integration Setup

The first step in getting Antech Diagnostics integrated with Shepherd.

What you need:

  1. Contact Antech Support to obtain credentials

    1. Username

    2. Clinic ID

    3. Password

Setting up the integration

  1. Open up 'Admin' in Shepherd

  2. Select 'Integrations' from the menu

  3. Choose the Antech integration from the list

    1. This will open your practice's Antech integration page.

From the integration page:

  1. Enter your:

    • Username

    • Clinic ID

    • Password

  2. Click the green Save button

    1. Your credentials will be saved, but they have not been verified yet.

  3. Click on the toggle next to Credentials to make it Active.

  4. Click the green Save button again. This will validate your credentials.

Note: If your credentials aren't valid, try again—or contact Antech Support

After your credentials are validated and the Integration is Enabled, this will start the download of Antech Reference Lab's diagnostic services into the Lab Integrated Products section of Shepherd (Admin> Products> Lab Integrated Products>Antech Products).

Expect this process to take between 5–30 minutes to initialize (depending on your internet speed).
