What You Need to Know
Data does not load until you click View Report.
The report defaults to This Month on load but does not populate until View Report is selected. Use Clear to reset all filters.
Revenue figures reflect payments collected, not invoice amounts.
If a plan has been invoiced but not yet paid, or is being paid in installments, revenue shown reflects only amounts actually received. A plan that has been enrolled but not yet paid will show $0.00 in revenue for that period.
Switching tabs preserves your selected Time Period.
You do not need to re-select filters when moving between the Overview, Enrollment, and Non-Enrolled tabs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does revenue show $0.00 for a plan I know has been enrolled?
Revenue in this report reflects payments collected, not the invoice amount. If the client has not yet made a payment — or if the plan is being paid in installments — the revenue shown reflects only what has actually been received in the selected time period.
Does this report appear if Wellness Plans are not enabled?
The Wellness Plan Report is only available when Wellness Plan features are enabled for your clinic.
Why does no data appear after I open the report?
Data loads only after clicking View Report. Select a time period and click View Report to populate the report.
Does switching tabs reset my filters?
Switching between the Overview and Enrollment tabs preserves your selected Time Period. You do not need to re-select filters when changing tabs.
What does Paid in Full mean under Payment Status?
Paid in Full applies to one-time payment plans that have been completely paid. It is distinct from Current, which reflects ongoing plans with payments up to date.
