Follow these steps provided to setup and active your Heska integration within Shepherd.

Setup and Activation

Since the integration is currently in beta, setup is not yet self-service. If your practice has been approved for the beta and the integration card becomes visible, you will be able to enable it following the setup instructions below.

Obtaining Credentials

To use the Heska Integration, practices must obtain credentials by emailing cloudintegrations@heska.com and mentioning the Shepherd integration.

  • Heska will provision the practice in Antech’s system and provide a Client ID and Password.

  1. These credentials must be entered into the integration card in Shepherd and are not your regular Heska Client ID and password credentials.

  2. Practices must enter and save their credentials before toggling on the activation to Active
