Follow these steps provided to setup and active your Heska integration within Shepherd.

Setup and Activation

As the integration is currently in beta, setup is not yet self-service. If your practice has been approved for the beta and the integration card becomes visible, you can enable it by following the setup instructions below.

Obtaining Credentials

To use the Heska Integration, your practice must first obtain credentials by emailing cloudintegrations@heska.com and mentioning the Shepherd integration.

  1. Heska will provision your practice in Antech’s system and provide a Client ID and Password

  2. These credentials must be entered into the integration card within Shepherd and are not the same as your regular Heska Client ID and password

  3. Be sure to enter and save your credentials before toggling the activation switch to Active
