Within Shepherd, no special configuration is required. After navigating to the integration card by following: Admin -> Integrations -> Data Connections -> WaitWell, you'll use the available toggle to activate the integration.

To complete the configuration process, please connect with the WaitWell team. Once activated, WaitWell will work closely with you to ensure all capabilities are properly configured for optimal performance.

The WaitWell team will need your Shepherd clinic ID. You can find this by following: Admin -> Clinic Settings -> Clinic Info -> Clinic ID
