VetTalk - Data Connection

Automate the delivery of educational content to pet owners

Updated over a week ago

VetTalk’s data connection creates a seamless workflow to help drive client education through micro-learning videos to drive increased compliance and client engagement.

At VetTalk, we are building the foundation for educating your clients so that they better understand the importance of care that is provided in the clinic and the need of care in the future. By integrating into the practice management system, VetTalk is able to automate the delivery of customized Education Care Plans directly to pet owners' devices.

Some examples of Education Care Plans include:

  • Pre-Surgical

  • Dental

  • Wellness

  • Post Surgical

  • Understanding a Diagnosis

Education Care Plans (ECPs) are personalized to each pet and include custom branded videos and PDF content based on the pet's treatment plan. No third-party application or download is needed to access the education portal, enabling a seamless way for your clients to consume their pets' information. Our team spent a significant amount of time working directly with DVM’s and Practice Managers to develop a technology that fits into existing practice workflows and does not replace existing processes.
