Education Care Plans (ECPs) are personalized to each pet and include custom branded videos and PDF content based on the pet's treatment plan. No third-party application or download is needed to access the education portal, enabling a seamless way for your clients to consume their pets' information. Our team spent a significant amount of time working directly with DVM’s and Practice Managers to develop a technology that fits into existing practice workflows and does not replace existing processes.

Activating the VetTalk Data Connection
Step 1: Enable VetTalk connection within Shepherd
In the Shepherd 'Admin' menu, click 'Integrations,' and select VetTalk. Once the VetTalk page is opened, click the toggle to enable it. (see image below)
Step 2: Locate and Copy "Clinic ID"
Your clinic ID is in the 'Admin' menu under 'Clinic Settings'
Step 3: Send "Clinic ID" to VetTalk
Email the following information to VetTalk info@vettalksoftware.com:
Clinic ID
Practice name
Practice address
Practice phone number
Contact name
Contact phone
Contact email
