Activating the Blue Rabbit Integration

Step 1: Enable Blue Rabbit integration within Shepherd

  • In the Shepherd 'Admin' menu, click 'Integrations,' and select Blue Rabbit. Once the Blue Rabbit integration page is opened, toggle on the integration. (see image below)

Step 2: Locate and Copy "Clinic ID"

  • Once you enable the toggle in Shepherd, locate and copy your clinic ID in the 'Admin' menu under 'Clinic Settings'

Step 3: Enter "Clinic ID" in Blue Rabbit Platform

  • Next, an admin user in the Blue Rabbit Platform can add credentials for PIMS integration under “Settings” -> “Practice Settings” -> “Edit Practice” and update the “PIMS Account ID”

    • The "PIMS Account ID" = Shepherd's "Clinic ID"
