Here's how to connect the Moichor and Shepherd integration

This integration is currently in Beta testing.

An announcement will be made when it is available to all customers.

What you need

  1. Moichor login credentials

    1. Username

    2. Password

  2. Moichor Clinic ID

Note: Please contact Moichor for your Clinic ID.

Setting up the integration

  1. Open up 'Admin' in Shepherd

  2. Select 'Integrations' from the menu

  3. Choose the Moichor integration from the list

    1. This will open your practice's Moichor integration page.

From the integration page:

  1. Input your Moichor Labs:

    • Username

    • Clinic ID

    • Password

  2. Select Save

  3. Click the Active toggle on the top right

A green check mark will appear above the Active toggle if your credentials are valid.

Note: If your credentials aren't valid, an error message will appear. Please try again, or contact Moichor.

This will start the download of Moichor's diagnostic services into the 'Moichor' section of your clinic's products/services database (Admin > Products > Lab Integration Products > Moichor Products).

Expect this process to take between 5–30 minutes to initialize (depending on your internet speed).
