Here's how to connect the Vetek and Shepherd integration

This integration is currently in Beta testing.

An announcement will be made when it is available to all customers.

What you need

  1. Vetek login credentials

    1. Username

    2. Password

  2. Vetek Labs Clinic ID

Setting up the integration

  1. Open up 'Admin' in Shepherd

  2. Select 'Integrations' from the menu

  3. Choose the Vetek Labs integration from the list

    1. This will open your practice's Vetek integration page.

From the integration page:

  1. Input your Vetek Labs:

    • Username

    • Clinic ID

    • Password

  2. Select Save

  3. Click the Active toggle on the top right

A green check mark will appear above the Active toggle if your credentials are valid.

Note: If your credentials aren't valid, an error message will appear. Please try again or contact Vetek Labs.

This will start the download of Vetek's diagnostic services into the 'Vetek' section of your clinic's products/services database (Admin > Products > Lab Integration Products > Vetek Products).

Expect this process to take between 5–30 minutes to initialize (depending on your internet speed).
