What you need
Ellie Diagnostics credentials:
Username
Password
Clinic ID
Setting up the integration
Navigate to Integrations under Admin in your Shepherd menu
Choose the Ellie Diagnostics integration from the list
This will open your practice's Ellie Diagnostics integration page
From the integration page:
Click on the toggle next to Credentials to make it Active
Input your:
Username
Password
Clinic ID
Click the green Save button. This will validate your credentials.
Note: If your credentials aren't valid, try entering them again—or contact Ellie Diagnostics.
After your credentials are validated and the Integration is Enabled, this will start the download of Ellie's diagnostic services into the Lab Integrated Products section of Shepherd (Admin>Products>Lab Integration Products>Ellie Diagnostics Products).
Expect this process to take between 5–30 minutes to initialize (depending on your internet speed).
