Shared Forms on the Group Level
Shared Forms can be:
Created
Edited - full editing capabilities
Viewed/Printed
Duplicated
Archived - if archived on the Group Level, the form will not be visible on the Clinic Level

Shared Forms on the Clinic Level
Shared Forms can be:
Sent to clients
Edited - can only add/edit Appointment Types for automatically sending forms when an appointment is created
Viewed/Printed
Archived - Clinics can archive forms that are not applicable to them. If archived on a Clinic Level, the form will still be visible to the other Clinics and in the Group Platform.
