Kontak (PetDesk Phones) is a VoIP telephone system built specifically for veterinary clinics. The integration helps guide CSRs through each conversation by displaying all relevant client and pet information during the call.
This integration is for customers who only use Kontak (PetDesk Phones) and do not use the standard PetDesk integration.

Configuring the Kontak (PetDesk Phones) Integration with Shepherd
By enabling the Kontak (PetDesk Phones)-Shepherd integration, you will enable a real-time data flow from Shepherd into Kontak (PetDesk Phones), allowing you to use it as a tool for your CSRs.
To enable the integration, follow these steps within Shepherd:
Within Shepherd, navigate to:
Admin → Integrations → Data Connections → Kontak (PetDesk Phones)Toggle the "Enable Integration" switch to activate the connection.
Next, navigate to your Admin Clinic Settings to record your Clinic ID
Finally, contact PetDesk to provide your Clinic ID and complete your PetDesk Phones account configuration
Login into your PetDesk account with your new login credentials provided for each location.
If you have multiple locations and wish to integrate just one location, please make sure you state which location we are connecting. Every location has a unique ID, and if we’re integrating multiple locations, each one will be connected to a separate instance.
