Patient Profile | Labs Tab
A "Lab tab" is finally here! You can now quickly view lab files and notes added to the Laboratory section of the Assessment tab without having to open separate SOAPs or filter in the lifecycle view.
Reporting | End of Day Report
Payment notes are now included on the End of Day report as the last column in the payments section. This will also export with both PDF and CSV downloads.
Appointment Schedule | Recurring Appointment Options
Additional recurring appointment options have been added including options for daily, monthly, and annually. The monthly option will set the appointment for the same day of the same week in the following months (e.g. third Wednesday of each month).
Inventory | Item Purchase History
Each inventory item now has a section for visibility on that item's purchase history. Details are pulled directly from your purchase orders to display the history for that item without having to look through purchase orders for dates, quantities, and status.
Shepherd Pay | EMV Terminal Payment Voids
Reminder: Shepherd Pay payments taken via an EMV terminal have a void time limit of 25 minutes. If that time has surpassed, the payment can no longer be voided and the void option will be disabled in Shepherd.
Report Download Center
On the reporting tab of your Shepherd Admin menu, the Download History has been renamed and reworked to optimize running reports with a lot of data. The new Download Center will contain a history of the user's downloads as well as new downloads that are available. Please note that only one report download can only be processed one at a time now and additional download requests will be queued until the previous one is complete.
Pet Portal | Partial Payments
Clients can now make partial payments on invoices through the pet portal.
Save Client Cards
Client credit cards can now be saved prior to a successfully processed payment.
