From your Group's Multi-Location Platform, product reminders can easily be managed as a shared Group functionality or visible by individual clinic if products and reminders are not configured to be shared.
Products must be shared as a Group to allow for shared Group reminders.
The Reminders area is accessible by selecting the 'Reminders' menu option along the left-side navigation menu.
Shared Group Reminders
When products are shared on a Group level, product reminders are also shared. From your Group's Multi-Location Platform, reminders can be created that are shared across all locations. Each clinic cannot edit these reminders; however, they can deactivate any reminders which are not applicable and this will not affect any other locations.
Clinic Reminders
When products are not shared on a Group level, product reminders can be managed either at a clinic level or from your Group's Multi-Location Platform using the shared overview. Reminders can be created from both clinic settings as well as your Group's Multi-Location Platform.
