Setting up the Sunbit Integration

What you'll need:

  • Basic business info, including Tax ID or EIN

  • Bank account and routing number

  • Team member information

In Shepherd:

  1. On your Shepherd menu, navigate to the integrations tab under Admin

  2. Select the Sunbit Integration box

  3. Click Activate to begin the process

  4. Follow the steps on the screen to complete the activation directly inside Shepherd

Step 1. Provide your company details

  • Legal name

  • Company name

  • Business address

  • A primary contact

  • Your Tax ID or EIN

  • Answers to a few brief questions

Step 2. Provide your banking details

  • Add your account number and routing number for the account funds from Sunbit should be deposited into

  • Agree to the terms and conditions

Step 3. Add your Team

  • Add a first name, last name, email address, and (optional) phone number for each team member that will be offering Sunbit payment options to clients at checkout

Step 4. Book your Training

Use the calendar to schedule a 10-15 minute training with a Sunbit representative for you and your team.

Following activation, your clinic will be assigned a dedicated Sunbit representative for ongoing support.
