Fetchit reduces the amount of time being spent by staff gathering basic information during everyday calls. With the Fetchit integration, the client's record is accessible with one click of a button as soon as an established client calls, providing instant access to the necessary details for your staff.

Using Fetchit

Using the Fetchit integration in Shepherd is easy. Once activated, Fetchit will use the phone number of incoming callers to immediately locate the client's record in Shepherd, saving you valuable time.

When a call comes in, see the Fetchit popup in the lower right corner of your screen and select Fetchit to navigate to the client record! - it's that easy!

Fetchit provides the option to copy the phone number of an incoming caller that is not yet established with your practice, providing as much detail on the caller as possible in order to create new records quickly.

Using the Fetchit Icon on your desktop, access a call history log, color-coded to indicate which callers had established client records and which did not. Access a previous caller's record instantly from the call history log.
