Fetchit reduces the time staff spend gathering client information during calls by connecting your phone system directly with Shepherd. When an established client calls, Fetchit instantly identifies them and opens their Shepherd record with a single click - saving time, improving call efficiency, and ensuring a more personalized client experience.
Integration Overview
With Fetchit connected to Shepherd, you can:
Identify Clients Instantly – When a known client calls, their Shepherd record appears automatically for quick access.
Save Time on Calls – Staff no longer need to manually search for client details during or after calls.
Manage New Callers – For unrecognized numbers, Fetchit copies the phone number and caller information to help create a new record quickly.
View Call History – Use the desktop Fetchit icon to review call logs, color-coded to show established versus new callers.
Click to Access Records – From the call history, open client records instantly or review past calls.
Using Fetchit
Once activated, Fetchit uses the phone number of incoming callers to locate their record in Shepherd automatically.
When a call comes in:
A Fetchit popup appears in the lower-right corner of your screen.
Click Fetchit to open the client’s record - no manual searching required.
If the caller isn’t yet in your system, Fetchit provides their phone number and any available details to help you create a new record quickly.
Setting Up the Fetchit Integration
To get started with Fetchit:
Contact the Fetchit team directly for setup and activation.
Once connected, Fetchit will integrate automatically with Shepherd.
