The ability to unlock a SOAP is based on user role permission.
Locate and select the appropriate SOAP from the patient's profile
On the SOAP Summary page, use the Status dropdown to change the SOAP status to Active, In Review, or Lab Pending
The SOAP fields will become editable so you can make applicable changes or additions.
Once done with changes, change the SOAP Status back to locked.
