Clients will be able to see a medical record history for their pets for quick reference on what services were performed and when.
Patient Medical Record history does not display any medical record notes or details; it exclusively presents a high-level line item history and visit dates.
Once the client has logged in to the pet portal, they will navigate to the section for 'My Pets' and select 'Medical Info'.
From there, they will be able to see a list of visits, prescriptions dispensed during the visit, and a record of services or treatments performed. The services and treatments displayed are the invoice line items from within Shepherd.
