Within the pet portal, clients will be able to view and print vaccine history at any time.

Once the client has logged in to the portal, they will navigate to the section for 'My Pets' and select 'Medical Info'.

From 'Medical Info', the client will select 'Vaccinations'. This will present a list of current vaccine history as well as any previously created rabies certificates. The client can then save or print either the entire vaccine history or a specific rabies certificate.

Note: the files from the portal are the same files and same format as documents exported directly from Shepherd.
