In an instance where you find duplicate patient profiles, you have the option to merge them.
Open the patient profile
Select the Edit Icon
Select Merge Patient
Note: You can only merge patients within the same client. If the duplicate patient is under a different client, you will need to first 'Change Client' so both patients have the same client.
Choose the patient you want to merge into
NOTE: Double-check your patient merge selections! A patient merge cannot be undone once completed.
The option to merge patients is based on user role permissions.
