Users added as a doctor or relief doctor license type can choose to save a signature and license number to their profile. This signature will automatically populate on Rabies Certificates.
Take a Look
Add a Signature and License Number to Your User Profile
Select your name in the bottom left-hand corner to navigate to My Profile
Select Personal Info
Add your license number
Select Add Signature
Press and hold the mouse, then drag the cursor in the blank space to 'sign' your signature
Select Save Signature
If applicable, select Blue Signature to have the signature printed in blue ink
NOTE: A doctor's signature can only be set up from that user's profile. Other users cannot add a signature for doctors.
