Create Rabies Certificates from Tx History and Invoices

Here's how to generate a certificate from a record or invoice after you administer a rabies vaccine.

After administering a rabies vaccine, there are two ways to quickly generate a certificate:

Generating a Rabies Certificate in the Tx History

  1. Administer a rabies vaccine in the patient's treatment plan

  2. Navigate to 'Tx History' in the 'Plan' tab of the SOAP

  3. Expand the rabies vaccine treatment by selecting the down arrow on the left

  4. Add in the rabies tag number

  5. Select 'Save'

Note: there must be a supervising doctor assigned to do this. To assign a supervising doctor, go to the SOAP Summary section.

Generating a Rabies Certificate in the Invoice

  1. Administer a rabies vaccine in a patient's treatment plan

  2. Open the invoice for the SOAP

  3. Navigate to the rabies line item

  4. Select 'Add Rabies Tag Number'

  5. Add a the tag number in the modal that pops up
