To export a patient's medical records, you'll need to get to their patient dashboard. To get there:

This will open their dashboard. From here, you'll be able to export a patient's medical record:

To export an entire medical record, click the 'Export' button (orange) in the 'Patient History' section of the patient's dashboard.

This download will be a zip file and will contain every SOAP and every document in the patient's medical record.

To export an individual SOAP, you'll need to:

This will put you in the SOAP's 'Summary' section. From here, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the SOAP, and select 'Export SOAP' (pink).

Note: you can also export the documents attached to the SOAP, or delete it (if you have the correct permissions).
