Purpose

The Client Communication Report provides a centralized, filterable view of all client communication events - both successful and failed - across various methods and categories. It allows teams to monitor message delivery, audit communication activity, and confirm that reminders, appointment notifications, and other client-facing messages are sending as expected.

This report closes the visibility gap between successful and failed messages, serving as a communications dashboard that enhances operational oversight and reduces the need for manual monitoring.
