Enable the Vetsource Connection in Shepherd
Within Shepherd, navigate to Admin → Integrations → Data Connections
Select the Vetsource (data) tile and switch the toggle to Enabled
Email Vetsource
Send an email to datasupport@vetsource.com with the following details:
Clinic ID (can be found within your Admin General Clinic Settings)
Practice name
Practice address
Practice phone number
Contact name
Contact phone
Contact email
Once confirmed, your Otto onboarding specialist will finalize setup so you can sync appointments, send confirmations, and start client communications.
