Integration Overview
Importing patient data and notes into Radimal. Users simply need to click "Import from PIMS" when requesting a case and that will lookup the patient in Shepherd. This saves you time, since you don't need to copy/paste information, and ensures greater accuracy by preventing typos etc.
Radiology reports automatically uploaded into Shepherd from Radimal. This saves you time because you do not need to download / upload reports manually and improves your bookkeeping by ensuring all imaging reports make it into Shepherd.
Configuring the Radimal Integration with Shepherd
To enable the integration between Radimal and Shepherd, follow these steps within Shepherd:
Within Shepherd, navigate to:
Admin → Integrations → Data Connections → RadimalToggle the "Enable Integration" switch to activate the connection.
Next, navigate to your Admin Clinic Settings to record your Clinic ID
Finally, contact Radimal to provide your Clinic ID and complete your Radimal account configuration
