Oliver’s Pet Portal enables clients to schedule appointments online, reflecting real-time availability from Shepherd’s schedule. Clients can also:
Request medication refills
View each pet’s vaccination history
Send vaccination records to boarding facilities and more
Automated Waitlist
Oliver’s automated waitlist, built specifically for the veterinary industry, enables hands-free backfilling of canceled appointments using real-time availability from Shepherd.
The Waitlist’s No-show Protection feature alerts your clinic if a pet owner is unlikely to show up and automatically fills their spot to keep your schedule full.
What Information Is Sent Back to Shepherd?
The following data is automatically written back to Shepherd via the Oliver integration:

How to Enable the Oliver Integration
To active the integration within Shepherd:
Navigate to Admin -> Integrations
Select Data Connections and locate the tile for Oliver
Use the toggle to Enable integration
Navigate to your Admin -> Clinic Settings to record your Clinic ID
Contact Oliver and provide your Clinic ID to complete configuration
