ReviewTree helps veterinary practices automatically collect feedback, boost online reviews, and respond efficiently using AI. With sentiment analysis and simple workflows, you can strengthen client engagement and reputation management right from Shepherd.
Shepherd practices can activate and try ReviewTree free for 30 days.
Integration Overview
With ReviewTree connected to Shepherd, you can:
Automate review collection after visits
Use AI-generated replies to respond quickly and consistently
Analyze sentiment to understand client satisfaction trends
Improve reputation by increasing positive reviews and reducing negative posts
Recognize staff and DVMs by sharing client praise
Activating the ReviewTree Integration
Enable ReviewTree in Shepherd
Go to Admin → Integrations.
Find ReviewTree.
Toggle Enable Integration on.
Send Activation Details to ReviewTree
Email support@reviewtree.com with the subject: New activation for Shepherd Practice: [Your Practice Name]
Include the following in the email body:
Clinic ID
Practice Name
User Name
Email Address
Practice Address
Website URL
Phone Number
ReviewTree will complete the setup on their side and confirm activation.
