How Does it Work?
The iVET360 integration allows Shepherd users to connect their practice data with PULSE, iVET360’s advanced analytics dashboard. This enables real-time performance tracking, marketing attribution, and financial insights to help veterinary practices make data-driven decisions.
With this integration, shared Shepherd and iVET360 clients can:
Sync practice management data with iVET360’s PULSE dashboard
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time
Attribute marketing spend directly to clinic revenue
Optimize financial and operational efficiency
Activating the iVet360 data connection
Step 1: Enable iVet360 within Shepherd
In the Shepherd 'Admin' menu, click 'Integrations,' and select iVet360 under the Data Connections tab.
Once the iVet360 integration page is opened, toggle on the integration. (see image below)
Step 2: Send “Clinic ID” to iVet360
Once you enable the toggle in Shepherd, locate and send your Shepherd Clinic ID to iVET360’s support team at support@ivet360.com.
Your Clinic ID can be found in the 'Admin' menu under 'Clinic Settings'
iVET360 will link your Shepherd data to your PULSE dashboard.
