π Overview
The Boarding Report is divided into two main tabs:
- Active: Displays all current and upcoming reservations. 
- Canceled: Shows reservations that were booked but later canceled. 
Each section offers its own table, filtering options, and downloadable CSV export.
π How to Use the Boarding Report
Set Report Advanced Filter Parameters
Before generating a report, select the following:
- Time Period: Choose a date range to include reservations based on either arrival or departure dates. 
- Run Report By: Decide whether to sort by Arrival Date or Departure Date. 
- (Optional): Filter by Ward or Resource for more targeted results. 
Click View Report to generate the data.
π Active Reservations Tab
This tab shows all active or scheduled boarding stays. Youβll see:

| Client Info | ID, full name, and phone number | 
| Patient Info | ID(s) and name(s) | 
| Ward | Assigned ward (e.g., ICU, General) | 
| Resource | Cage, kennel, or boarding area | 
| Status | Reservation status (e.g., Upcoming, Ongoing) | 
| Departure Date | Scheduled check-out date/time | 
| Duration | Total length of stay | 
π‘ Use column sorting and filtering to quickly analyze patterns.
You can also click Download β Active CSV to export this table for external review.
β Canceled Reservations Tab
This tab lists any reservations that were canceled. It helps track cancellation frequency and spot potential issues (e.g., overbooking or client no-shows).

This data can be exported via Canceled CSV.
πΎ Downloading Reports
Click the Download button or use the Active CSV/Canceled CSV links to save your results in spreadsheet CSV or PDF format for further analysis or historical archiving.
π Tips
- You must select a Time Period to generate the report. 
- If no data appears, check your filters especially - Ward or Resource - or widen the date range. 
- Use Arrival Date if you want to group pets coming in, and Departure Date if you want to monitor availability trends.
