The Reminder Report provides a centralized dashboard for tracking all upcoming and completed patient reminders. Whether youโ€™re managing preventative care, recheck visits, or routine tests, this tool helps keep your client communications timely and organized.

The Reminder Report consists of a searchable and filterable table with real-time reminder statuses. Key features include:

  • โœ… Viewing Uncompleted and Completed reminders

  • ๐Ÿ“… Filtering by Due Date

  • ๐Ÿ”„ Action buttons to mark complete, edit, or delete reminders

  • ๐Ÿ“ค Exporting the report as a CSV or Postcard Print List


๐Ÿ” How to Use the Reminder Report

1. Search and Filter Reminders

  • Use the Search Bar at the top-left to find reminders by patient, client, or reminder name if applicable.

  • Toggle Show Completed to display completed reminders only.

  • Filter columns like Due Date, Client, and Communication Preference for more focused views.


2. Understanding Table Columns

Column

Description

Patient

The name of the animal receiving care

Name

Description of the reminder (e.g., vaccine, recheck)

Due Date

The date the care service is next due

Client

Pet ownerโ€™s name

Has Email

Indicates whether the client has a valid email on file

Communication Preference

Email or Postcard

Trigger Product

The product or service that initiated the reminder

Status

UNCOMPLETED or COMPLETED

Actions

Includes options to: mark as complete โœ…, edit โœ๏ธ, or delete ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ


3. Status Management

  • Reminders marked UNCOMPLETED require follow-up.

  • You can mark them as completed using the โœ… icon once the task is fulfilled.

  • Toggle Show Completed to view previously completed reminders for audit or history checks.


4. Exporting & Printing Options

Click the three-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) in the upper right corner to:

  • Download CSV โ€“ Exports all reminders in the current view as a spreadsheet.

  • Print Postcard โ€“ Generates a printable format for clients preferring postcard reminders.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Use the Has Email and Communication Preference filters to tailor your reminder methods for each client.


5. Editing or Removing Reminders

  • Click the โœ๏ธ Edit icon to modify reminder details.

  • Click the ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Trash icon to permanently remove a reminder if it's no longer needed.

  • Review Daily: Check uncompleted reminders each day to ensure timely follow-up.

  • Segment Reminders: Use filters to generate targeted reminder lists (e.g., just Rabies vaccines, or postcard-only).

  • Keep Info Updated: Ensure all client contact details are current to maximize communication success.
