📅 Time Period Selection
Use the Time Period dropdown at the top to filter data. Select predefined ranges like "This Month" to see usage details specific to that duration or set a custom range.
🧾 Table Overview
The report is presented in a scrollable, single-table view with detailed line-by-line breakdowns of products and services. You can scroll horizontally and vertically to access all data columns.
🔍 Column Breakdown
Below is a breakdown of the key columns and what they represent:

Status: Indicates if the item is Active.
Product Type: Parent item type (e.g., Product, Service)
Product Category: Accounting or operational category (e.g., 5302 Outside Lab).
Invoice Line Name: Description shown on client invoices.
Count: Number of times the item was used.
💲 Pricing Details
Selling Price: The actual sale price.
Dispensing Fee: The name of the Dispensing Fee assigned.
Dispensing Fee Amount: The dollar amount of that fee.
Minimum Price: The minimum invoiced amount until quantity multiplied by selling priced exceeds this value.
💊 Medication & Administration
Concentration / Medication Unit / Volume: Strength info (e.g., 10mg per tablet).
Administration Routes: How the medication is administered (e.g., PO = orally).
Controlled: "Yes" if the product is a controlled substance.
💸 Billing & Tax
Auto. Discountable: Whether discounts apply automatically.
Taxable: Whether the item is subject to tax.
Included in Invoice: Whether this appears on the client's invoice.
📚 Medical Records & Discharge
Included in Medical Record: Tracks inclusion in clinical documentation.
Discharge Instructions: Text or link that provides care guidance post-service.
✅ Automation & Follow-ups
Automatic Task: If a task is created upon administration & invoicing (e.g., follow-up).
Automatic Task Title: Name of the generated task.
Due In / Time Unit: When the task is due (e.g., 2 Days).
Update Patient Status: Whether the patient’s record is updated automatically relating to the patient's status (e.g., Deceased) or patient's sex (e.g., Female Spayed).
📤 Exporting & Downloading
You can export the report by clicking the Download button or selecting Product Usage Report CSV for external analysis in CSV or PDF formats.
