The Problem and Diagnosis Report provides a structured overview of patient diagnoses and associated clinical conditions recorded within a selected time period. It is designed to support medical staff, technicians, and administrators in tracking clinical trends, evaluating chronic cases, and ensuring consistent documentation across patients.

π§ How to Use This Report
1. Filtering the Report
Use the filters at the top of the screen to tailor the data:
Time Period: Select the desired reporting window (e.g., "This Month").
No other filters are required, but data can be exported for further processing.
2. Report Data Structure
The report is divided into two major data views (seen across two panels):

Column | Description |
Problem | Presenting complaint or issue (e.g., Limping, Vomiting). |
Diagnosis | Clinical diagnosis confirmed during the SOAP note. |
Chronic | Lists chronic or ongoing conditions linked to the patient. |
Date of SOAP | The date of the examination and record entry. |
SOAP ID | Unique identifier for the SOAP note (internal reference). |
Supervising Doctor | Veterinarian responsible for oversight and SOAP entry. |

Column | Description |
Client Full Name | Pet owner's full name. |
Client ID | Unique identifier for each client. |
Patient Name | The patient involved in the record. |
Patient ID | Internal unique ID for the patient. |
Species | Animal type (e.g., Canine, Feline). |
Breed | Specific breed. |
Patient Age | Age of the patient (Years & Months). |
Sex | Biological sex and status (e.g., FS = Female Spayed). |

You can export the report as a CSV or PDF file for:
Manual backups
Offline analysis
Import into practice management systems

Click the "Download" button.
Or, select "Problem and Diagnosis Report CSV" at the bottom of the interface.
