The Inventory Single Item Report allows you to track all usage and adjustments of a specific inventory item over a selected time period. Whether it was sold to a client or adjusted by a staff member, each entry is logged here for full visibility and accountability.


πŸ“… Filtering Your Report

Use the controls at the top to narrow the data you see:

  • Time Period: Select a preset range like β€œThis Year” to limit records by date.

  • Item Name(s): Choose the specific inventory item you want to review (e.g., Activated Charcoal 50mg Bottle). You can search and select multiple items as needed.

Once selections are made, click View Report.

This table tracks all interactions with the selected item. Here's what each column represents:

Column

Description

Item Name

The name of the inventory product being tracked.

Date

When the sale or adjustment occurred.

Qty

The quantity of the item sold or adjusted (can include decimals for precise measurements).

Unit

The measurement unit (e.g., mL, tablet).

Sale or Adjustment

Type of transaction β€” either a Sale to a patient or an Adjustment for inventory management.

User

The staff member who recorded or executed the transaction.

Patient

The pet that received the item in case of a sale.

Client Full Name

The name of the pet owner/client.

SOAP ID

A reference to the associated SOAP (medical record) entry.

Invoice #

A clickable link to the corresponding invoice, if applicable.

  • Scroll Horizontally: This is a wide table β€” use the scrollbar to access hidden columns.

  • Sort & Filter: Click the arrows (⬍) or filter icons (πŸ”½) in each column header to sort or isolate specific records.

  • Export the Data: Use the Download button to save the report for backup or offline analysis.
