Assigning users to a record allows you to assign specific team members (i.e. attending techs, kennel techs, etc.) to a SOAP. You can then filter the dashboard by supervising doctor and/or team member for a more personalized, detailed view of your active patients.
Assign a User to a SOAP
Open a SOAP
Add the user(s) in the assigned users field of the SOAP summary
Filtering the Dashboard
Once users have been assigned to SOAPs, they'll be able to filter the dashboard so that they can see only patients they're assigned to. To filter the dashboard:
Click the filter icon in the upper righthand corner of the dashboard
Type in the user you want to filter by
Press 'Enter' or click on the user in the dropdown
Tip: this can be used in conjunction with the dashboard's filters for patient and doctor.
