Two weeks ago, we deployed an update that caused many of our practices to experience outages with specific features—and with the application itself. Those changes were rolled back to prevent further issues, however many of you still experienced issues that hindered your ability to practice best medicine.
As a software company, we know this is unacceptable, and we apologize for the inconveniences and stress this may have caused.
We’ve identified and addressed the issues, and made changes that should ensure outages like this will not happen in the future.
